The Wombat’s Burrow

4-24 players | 60-90 minutes

A game about learning to steward a complex system together

The Wombat’s Burrow is a cooperative board game and associated workshop, in which players will take on the roles of key actors in a natural environment in order to experience and have conversations about systems stewardship.

Developed with the Centre for Public Impact, the game has been played with public sector and industry leaders grappling with leadership challenges and working in complex systems. One facilitator can guide multiple tables through play and debrief.

The game can be played in a large group, with one or two facilitators guiding multiple groups of 4 players through gameplay and debrief
